Evidence-Based Care Tailored to Your Unique Health Needs

My approach combines personalized nutrition guidance with evidence-based strategies to address your health concerns at their root.

I don't just help you manage symptoms—I help you create lasting wellness from the inside out. I will meet you exactly where you are on your health journey, providing the support, education, and accountability you need to thrive.

Personalized nutrition counseling can help you to making lasting changes in your health and overall wellbeing. I am a trauma-informed dietitian who uses medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and draw from motivational interviewing (MI) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) tools and techniques.

In addition to our 1-1 sessions, I offer correspondence via a HIPPA compliant messaging platform so that you feel supported throughout our work together.

If you're in recovery from an eating disorder, you don’t have to do it alone. I work with individuals healing from anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, OSFED, and related struggles like purging, laxative use, excessive exercise, and body dysmorphic disorder.

Together, we’ll rebuild a nourishing relationship with food, body, and self—at a pace that’s safe and sustainable. I also collaborate closely with your care team (therapist, doctor, psychiatrist) to make sure you’re fully supported every step of the way.

If you've seen a GI doctor for bloating, fatigue, or unpredictable digestion—only to be told it's "just IBS"—you're not alone. Many clients come to me after normal scopes, stool tests, or SIBO breath tests, still struggling with daily symptoms that feel anything but normal.

You may have a functional GI disorder like SIBO, reflux, or motility issues—conditions that don’t show up on labs but deeply affect quality of life. The good news? With targeted nutrition and lifestyle support, most symptoms can be dramatically reduced or resolved.

I offer a free 15-minute call to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about your goals and whether my approach aligns with what you’re looking for. If not, I’ll be honest and share referrals that may better suit your needs.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a 60-minute initial session. This includes a thorough review of your medical history, symptoms, diet, and any health concerns or goals you have.

I’ll recommend follow-up sessions based on your individual needs. While they’re not required, I typically suggest at least one about two weeks after the initial consultation. You’ll also have access to email support between sessions for any brief questions or concerns.

GRACE M.

"I'm very thankful for the help you've give me, it has been eye opening. I was able to tune in to myself more than before."

RICK R.

"If more than anything, our sessions felt like therapy to me."

SARA

"I was told by my doctor that I would have to diet and cut out carbs to lower my A1C. Not only did I get my blood sugar to a healthy place, but I did so without cutting out any foods. You helped me to become more present during meals. I also feel like I have a much better relationship with my self and body now. Healthier and happier!"

Kind words

Your path to feeling nourished, confident, and well starts with a conversation.

Unlike one-size-fits-all diet plans, my approach is completely personalized to your unique body, health history, and lifestyle. We look beyond just weight to address the root causes of your health concerns, teaching you how to nourish your body for lasting wellness rather than quick fixes. Our clients don't just change how they eat—they transform their relationship with food, gaining confidence and freedom instead of restrictions and rules.

How is working with a nutritionist different from following a diet plan?

A Registered Dietitian (RD) is a licensed nutrition expert with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in nutrition, 1,200 hours of supervised practice, and a passing score on a national exam. To stay credentialed, RDs must complete ongoing continuing education every five years.

“Nutritionist,” by contrast, isn’t a regulated title—it can refer to someone with a Ph.D. in nutrition or someone who took a weekend course.

The RD and RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) credentials are identical; the RDN title was added to emphasize expertise in both dietetics and nutrition.

What's the difference between an RD, RDN, and a nutritionist?

I am an out-of-network providers and do not accept insurance at this time. However, after the session, I can provide a super-bill for clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider. A super-bill is a receipt of medical services recognized by insurance companies. If you’d like to know more about what your insurance company may or may not reimburse, I can provide a script to guide you in what questions to ask. This script is complimentary and does not guarantee any specific insurance outcomes.
